Misako Mimoko

My partner Eva Monleón has launched a shop on Etsy where she sells her one-of-a-kind handcrafted rag dollies with the pseudonym of Misako Mimoko. They all are stuffed with polyfill and a bold vintage sense of humor. Mostly humor! There's a large list of characters living in her world: Doli Little Mermaid, Doli Little Library Mouse, Doli Coffeepot, Dolo Apple Toffee Candy, Doli Mary Chestnut, etc. I must to confess that after years living together, sharing not just life but dreams also, she never ceases to surprise me. Good for me!

Now, these little creatures populate every nook and cranny of our home and every time one of them must to leave to a new home, well, a part of us goes with the doll. Good for his/her new owner!

These two little boys are my acquisitions, or rather a gift I get for my birthday. Good for me again!
I think I don't take they out of the boxes. It may be they turn into special collectors' items someday! Their names? I'd like you to meet Dolo Cookie and Dolo Carrot. Click here If you want to know a little bit more about all them.
